It’s funny you say that, because CM Punk only really brings up his straight edge lifestyle when he’s portraying a “heel” or a bad guy. That way he can get everyone to hate him by saying how he’s so much better than everyone else because he’s straight-edge. It works pretty well too, with all the beer-loving rednecks in the audience.
